Multipurpose Room Rules

Our Multipurpose Room is a shared, flexible space designed for gatherings, workshops, meetings, and creative experiences. Help us keep it welcoming and ready for everyone.

Respect the Space

Please treat the room, furniture, plants, décor, and equipment with care. Do not remove items from the room without prior approval.

Maximum Capacity: 40

The Multipurpose Room has a maximum capacity of 40 people, including hosts, vendors, facilitators, and guests.

Setup & Breakdown

Your reservation time includes all setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly and make sure you and your guests have completely exited the space by the end of your booking.

Furniture Can Be Moved

You're welcome to rearrange tables and chairs to fit your event. Please lift rather than drag furniture and return everything to its original setup before leaving.

Decorations

Decorations are welcome, but please do not nail, screw, staple, or use anything that may damage the walls, floors, furniture, or other surfaces. Please remove all decorations before leaving.

Food & Drinks

Food and beverages are permitted. Please clean up spills immediately and remove all food, beverages, serving supplies, and related trash at the end of your booking.

Keep the Vibes Neighbor-Friendly

Music is welcome, but please keep the volume at a reasonable level. We share the building with other businesses, so excessive noise or disruptive activity is not permitted.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the space. Smoke machines, excessive fog, or anything that could trigger the building's fire alarms are also prohibited.

Clean Up After Your Event

Please leave the room in the condition you found it. Wipe down surfaces as needed, dispose of trash, and remove anything you brought into the space.

Before You Leave

• [ ] Clean up spills and wipe down used surfaces
• [ ] Return tables and chairs to their original setup
• [ ] Return any TPA items to their original locations
• [ ] Check the room for belongings
• [ ] Report any spills, damage, or issues
